Online and phone appointments are available daily.  Please note that limited appointments are available via phone on Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays.

Please note: Bulk Billing is not available after 6pm or Saturday and Sunday.

We are closed on Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, and Good Friday

Standard appointment times are 10 minutes.

If you have multiple health issues to discuss, please book a longer 20 or 30 minute appointment online, or advise reception staff when phoning for an appointment.

SMS or Email reminders will be sent for all appointments, unless you opt out of this service.

We request that you provide a minimum of 2 hours notice if you cannot attend your appointment.  This provides us with the opportunity to offer your appointment to another patient who may need to see a doctor more urgently.

The consulting doctors reserve the right the right to charge a ‘Did Not Attend’ fee if you fail to cancel your appointment within the requested time.  Repeated no shows without notice may result in a restriction being placed on your patient record, and you will not be able to make further appointments.

These are not generally provided outside of the consultation.

We request that you phone and make an appointment if you require repeat prescriptions, referrals or certificates. The doctors consulting from these rooms have a duty of care to ensure that repeat medication or referral remains appropriate, and a short consultation is required to check on this. These appointments can generally be accommodated same-day if urgent.

Test results, or requests from your doctors to make appointments for follow up may be advised by nursing or reception staff at your doctor’s discretion, and urgent results will be advised in person by your doctor.

From 1 October, Medicare have removed the requirement to bulk bill Telehealth and phone consultation services provided by your GP. Please note that you may be charged for your consult.

Fees are payable at the time of consultation by cash, credit card or EFTPOS.

Fees apply to all after hours consults.

This is a summary of our standard fees, effective from 01/01/2020

Where procedures are involved, there are additional costs, which your doctor will discuss with you at the time of consultation.

Due to increased running costs and a decrease to the Medicare rebates, your GP is no longer able to Bulk bill consultations.

Procedures are not bulk billed.

Please note that a Seniors Card is not a concessional card, and does not guarantee bulk billing.

Patients wishing to have work injury visits charged to a third party must provide a written authority or proof of claim. i.e. Comcare or Work Cover claim number, or a letter from your employer.
